Company purpose:

The company is a not-for-profit corporation. The company has the sole purpose of carrying out sports activities and, in particular, the education, preparation and management of pairs and teams of riders for participation in equestrian shows in general as well as the promotion and organization of races, competitions, tournaments and every other equestrian activity in general, with the purposes, and the observance of the regulations and directives of the F.I.S.E. and its bodies. Federal rules and regulations constitute an integral part of the present charter in the part relative to the organization and management of affiliated companies. For the actualization of the company purpose as explained above, and for the realization of the goals specified in the preceding clauses, the company may:

A) Carry out any commercial operation, regarding personal property, real estate and financing, but not directly to the public and not in a prevailing manner, with the exclusion of the activities referred to in the Laws 1815/39, 1/91, 52/91, 197/91, Legislative Decrees 385/93, 415/96 and subsequent modifications and additions, that will be deemed to be necessary and useful, even indirectly, for the achievement of the company's purpose, here including, in an occasional manner, financial guarantees and other guarantees in favor of third parties, so long as they are instrumental to the company purpose, contracting for loans and mortgages and, in particular those relating to the construction, expansion, equipping and improvement of the sports facilities, here including the purchase of the relative areas, as well as the purchase of real estate to devote to sports activities, posses and/or manage and/or take or give in location stables, schools, horse arenas, seats, boxes and other equipment whether real estate or personal property, to be the owner or co-owner of riding or steeplechase horses;

B) Promote and publicize its activities and its image using models, drawings and emblems, directly or through third parties.

C) Enter into contracts for sponsorship of every kind and that is, as an example, for billboard advertising, merchandising, and supplying goods and services as well as the transfer of rights of reproduction.

D) To enter into contracts entrusting horses it owns to the care of professional riders.
